Is this a Pyrus calleryana and probably 'Red Spire' as leaves turn yellow

The shape of the tree can’t be determined as it has been sheared into a ‘ball’ by the gardeners for many years. The flowers only come out in May/June, not early in the spring, and the leaves appear first. I think the leaves turn yellow in the fall and stay on the tree very late in the year. If it is an ornamental pear we are going to have a problem with the eventual size in that location.
