Identify Trailing Vine for Planter Boxes

    I took this picture in Quebec City last summer. I am trying to identify the plant circled in red so that I can grow the same thing for my flower boxes. Some people have said it is creeping charlie but the leaf pairs are too far apart.

    Can you suggest what this trailing vine might be. I have hunted on the net but to no avail.
