Identification: Identify this plant picture?

    Hi! Here's a plant I received from my horticulture teacher and I need to take care of it for this semester, but I don't know what the plant's name is. The only thing I know is that he said it is a tropical understory plant.

    Looks like a cultivar of Maranta leuconeura, Prayer Plant.
