Agree with European Rowan Sorbus aucuparia for 1-2. Looks as if some of the leaves are damaged by aphid infestation or similar, tho' not badly enough to be worth treating.
A feature of gardens in the interior, where some specimens are spectular when fruiting. On this side of the mountains it is a sometimes scabby pest species, popping up on its own here and there.
