Identify Tanzanian plant

    Can anyone identify this Tanzanian plant? When you touch its leaves, its leaves curl up. Tanzanians call it the "Shy Plant".

    Welcome to the forums.
    Maybe some kind of Mimosa ? Mimosa pudica is regarded as an invasive species in Tanzania.
