I need to know what this plant is and if it's bad for cats. Thanks!

A species of Hoya; the most commonly grown is Hoya carnosa.

The sap is poisonous, but I'd think a cat is very unlikely to chew it. If it does try, then keep it out of the cat's reach.

The nectar in the flowers is very sweet (and not poisonous). Delicious!
