Can anyone help me identify this flower please. It flowered first time this year, the plant came up in a pot that has a small bouginvilla in it and I did not know it was there. I suspect it is not local (south Africa) . Unfortunately there is no longer a flower so that is the best photo I have. It flowered in February this year, I assume it is a bulb .

    Appreciate any feedback.

Zingiberaceae, maybe an Amomum of some kind? They seem to bear their flowers just above ground level.
