I was given the care of this plant at work and I am not sure what it is! Can you help me? It has a fan-shaped flower sticking up and I think it turns a reddish orange. It has long, stiff leaves that are kinda spiky. Attached is an image
Looks similar to Tillandsia cyanea. Give it lots of light and water in the summer, and they can dry out quite a bit in the winter.
