Identify health problem of catus

    This catus suffered a sever attach of
    white flys, I used insecticidal soap
    and lady beetles so the white flys are gone, but the tops of each branch are white, can this be saved, I have had this for about 15 years?

    You have a euphorbia. This is not a cactus.
    I see no problem in photo.
