Identification: identify a house plant

    I have just received a beautiful green plant and I dont
    know its name or how to care for it. It is probably a succulent, it has long (20 inch) stems with a bulbus base. the leaves are oval and shiney growing to about 3 iches.
    Help would be appreciated

    It could be an orchid... I'm stretching here because without a visual it's really really tough.
