On a vacation to Morocco and Iran I brought back different seeds. Some sprouted and some did not. On the pictures you can see the result with great succes. But I can not identify the plant/tree. Can anyone else? Bolotty looking forward for an answer.
The tree seedling in the centre is Brachychiton populneus, native to Australia but cultivated in other warm-temperate regions. The palm seedling at right is possibly a Livistona sp.
To Tony and Charles. I collected the seeds in either Morocco or Iran - on the ground.... Thank you for the answer. The palm is Chamaerops wagnerianus. bolotty
To Tony and Charles (again) Now that I have been looking more closely on the internet at this tree and its seed pods, I am certain, that the seeds come from Morocco - not Iran. bolotty
