Identification: tree in Perth, Western Australia

Hi,
does anybody know what this is?
It grows in an orchard, so it could be a fruit or nut tree, but there are a couple of other trees which are not fruit/nut trees.
I don't know if it's deciduous. It has lost some leaves now (start of winter), but not many.

I am not sure it is, but will look after it this year and hope for the best. If it doesn't flower, it's on it's own :-)
