Wildflowers: Identification please

    Hi, this plant is in among the birch trees in my garden in Dalarna Sweden.Can anyone identify it please.

    Looks like a lily (Lilium sp.).

    Could you add a photo looking straight down into the "flower"? The opposite(?) leaves halfway between the whorls seem odd.

    After it develops completely it should be possible to tell what it is.

    Beautiful! Lilium ssp. for certain, as Ron said. Is it wild or did you plant it? A close-up of the flowers would help to ID the species.

    it must be lilium bulbiferum

    Or one of the "Asiatic" hybrids of which L. bulbiferum is a major parent species.

    yes it's possible but dmaavrigdo said that he live in sweden and l. bulbiferum is native to this place.
