Owner passed on, approx.30-35 yrs. old. Need help with ident. so care and maint. can be given properly. When cane was broken extremely caustic and sticky white latex was present. finally heart shaped leaf variant appears approx. every 50-75 leaves at meristems. Thanks in advance for effort with this!
