Identification/Help: Plant Pest

For some strange reason, I cannot post anywhere else, so I have to do it here, sorry.

Since a number of days, i see tiny little white insects on my plants, I give them a hard time with sprays, mats and coils, but I cannot get rid of them entirely. Please have a look to the attached photos (happily I have a close-distance filter lens for my camera), tell me what kind of pest it is, and what I can do to get rid of these unwanted visitors. Thanks a lot.
