Identification Help of thorny shrub

I can't find the species of this plant anywhere. Any ideas?



its stalk is reddish and has hairy thorns. The reddness blotches on the leaves are mainly from where I glued it to the paper. It did have some some red dots on the leaves. The teeth on the leaves have tiny little tips pointing off them.

 

Maybe Japanese wineberry.
