identification assistance

    The attached shrubs were common around Key West. I would like to know their name and if they are hardy in the coastal Carolina/Savannah area.

    Looks like Ixora sp.

    Might, in fact be too cold for ixora where you live - be sure to check beforehand. If you see none in local plantings or outlets that could be a hint. Commonly planted in suitable climates.
