Wildflowers: Identification: 3 small purple flowers found on Burnaby Mountain trails

    Hi,

    Can anyone identify these 3 plants? They were all found on Burnaby Mountain recently.
    In a couple of the pictures the flowers look white, but they were all actually a light purple color (white balance issues in taking the photos, I think). Thanks. Jason

    1 - Claytonia sibirica
    2 - Epilobium sp
    3 - Geranium robertianum

    looks like it's Epilobium parviflorum

    It looks too glossy to be a Hoary Willowherb. I would compare between these:
    Epilobium ciliatum
    Epilobium montanum
    Epilobium glaberrimum
    Epilobium lactiflorum
    Epilobium hornemannii

    maybe Epilobium glaberrimum? I'm not sure though.

    Epilobiums are tough to call. I am never sure in my calls of them.

    They all look so similar. If I run into the plant again I can make some more detailed observationsa and better photos.
