    This tree is in northern california. I don't know what tree is it. It was very fast growing in this area.

    Thanks. This tree is rare in this area but but in san diego I can't find that tree anywere.

    Possibly Ulmus parviflora or U. pumila? U. pumila not shown in maps for CA but locally is an invasive, insect prone tree, and not a great choice for landscape. Harry
