ID this tree please

    Very late with it's leaves....always. Kind of sheds it's bark a bit.

    I was sent a picture of the tree early last Fall. It still had it's leaves.
    Sorry, this is the best we can do until it starts to leaf out this year. Like I said, it's late with it's leaves most years.
