ID these plants

    These Michigan plants are now 12-18" with insignificant white flowers on the top. They are found in masses of about 3' x 5' under the trees around my house and appear to spread by reseeding; and spread rapidly They have a long tap root; no fruit in the fall.
    I'd like to know if this is an early spring woodland flower or some kind of nuisance plant I should work eradicating.

    Thank you so much for the quick response to my inquiry. I will begin eradication efforts tomorrow. I also responded to the Garlic Mustard survey.
