    Probably C. x suecicus. Certain cultivars are horticulturally prevalent, have foliage and fruits like those shown. By the way if you post any additional plant identification pictures later be sure to include shots of all above ground parts present including the growth habit. For instance in this case whether or not the subject had the arching branches of Swedish cotoneaster cultivars seen locally would be a relevant aspect.
