It must be a Viola, but which one?
I took the picture at the roadside between Tofino and Cathedral Grove at Vancouver Island in April 2019.

The 2 common native yellow violets are Viola glabella and Viola sempervirens. The fact that this photo, taken in April, shows a number of last year's leaves along with newly emerging ones, suggests to me that this is Viola sempervirens - Evergreen Violet.

Thank You Margot It's very kind of you. Viola sempervirens was my gues, but i was'nt sure because of the shape of the leaves.
