    It is an Ilex sp or cultivar. Common name Holly. Sorry no idea which on it might be.

    Agree with Ardisia crenata. See the leaf edges with the scallops? That's crenellation. Ardisia crenata reseeds where I live, and is an invasive but beautiful plant sometimes called coral berry.
