ID please Tree with seed case that is like husks

Hi again
This tree is located on the property of the Historic Stewart farm in S. Surrey.
It is the only example of this tree on the entire property.

Wild guess - a Paulownia

 

Looks like Koelreuteria, probably K. paniculata, golden rain tree.

 

I agree Koelreuteria.




The pods of Paulownia are similar but different.
