The first two images could be of Ficus binnendijkii, Narrow-leaf Fig. 'Alii' is a cultivar commonly found in stores. The other two images are of a young palm.
Hi Junglekeeper, Took a look at Ficus binnendijkii and it definitely looks like that one. Thanks! On the second one, I just thinned/separated them because I had a crowded clump growing in a pot. I've had it for a little over two years so I'd say that the taller one shows just how tall it can grow (which isn't very much) although I don't really know if it's going to get any bigger after 5 years or more.
The second may well be Howea forsteriana, commonly called "kentia palm" -- but palms at this juvenile stage are difficult to identify reliably.
It does look like a Kentia palm. It will probably take my baby palms 8 to 10 years to grow to 4 ft. Thanks TonyR.
