   It looks like a fan flower, but petals are joined and the color is orange. Grows in partial shade.

   That's a Crossandra. A bit difficult to tell from one photo but the flower shape with the fused petals suggests Crossandra infundibuliformis or one of its cultivars, such as 'Tropic Flame' ( http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-crossandra-infundibuliformis-12610.htm ).
