    I think it is Dutchmanspipe Fruit

    Aristolochia contorta
    马兜铃(in chinese)
    dicription:
    多年生缠绕草本。植株无毛。茎细长，具纵沟。叶互生，柄长1.5--6cm。叶为三角状心形、心形或卵状心形。花多朵，簇生于叶腋。
    　　　　　　生于山沟灌丛间、路旁、山坡。
