ID North Texas flowers in April

    Location:
    Dallas/ Fort Worth Texas, USA
    These are all blooming now in North Texas
    Pale lavender - woody shrub - spikes of flowers are 6 to 8 inches long
    Pink flower in raceme - grows low in shade - individual flowers are 1/2 to 1 inch
    Purple lamiaceae (I think) - flowers are tiny spikes are 5 to 6 inches long
    Rosaceae (I think) - five petal white and purple flower in tree - flowers are 1.5 inches across
    White flower with red pods- each flowers is .5 to .75 inch across, plants are 8 to 12 inches high
