I have found 3 of these and can not find there name any where or even a picture.It is found on the far southcoast of NSW AUSTRALIA
There's a lot of Grevillea and leaf and flowers can seriously vary, try posting @ Australian Plant Society Victoria here: http://groups.google.com.au/group/australian-plants-society-victoria-open-forum?hl=en-GB I have had luck with Grevillea i.d. and they are good with aussie natives.
Stenocarpus angustifolius is what it looks like to me not 100% sure though check here: http://cms.jcu.edu.au/discovernature/plantcolour/white/JCUDEV_006257 We sell one called Doreen here it's a pretty compact one and looks nice.
