Id id id and brown edges 2 different plants

Hi there
Im helping grandma out and her friend, not sure what these plants are and the edges are browning. I've been misting them, i tested the pH and wetness and both are ok. So, not sure what's going on... I appreciate the help folks! Thank ya thank ya!
oh and they are not in direct sunlight

 

Looks like:

• Spathiphyllum wallisii, Peace Lily;
• Aglaonema sp., Chinese Evergreen.
