It's a little hard to be sure, but it looks like a yucca. I thought Yucca filamentosa at first, but I'm not sure we are seeing the base of the plant, and I don't see the distinctive curling fibers.
yes to Yucca - like thanrose though, I kinda doubt it is filamentosa. Need another shot of the vegetation to give it another try.
