Could anyone please help me identify these plants so that I can (a) care for them (b) determine whether they are toxic to my cats? Many thanks.

The first is Aglaeonema, which is toxic to your cats if they eat large amounts of it. However, it's so unpleasant that after one nibble they'll likely leave it alone.
The second is Dracaena compacta, non-toxic.
The third looks like Dracaena marginata, non-toxic.

If your kitties like to chew the greenery, may I suggest buying them their own spider plant? This is not only non-toxic for them, they'll love the flavour and leave your other plants alone.

#3 looks like Dracaena reflexa 'Anita'. I believe #2 is more accurately named Dracaena fragrans 'Compacta'.

Junglekeeper, you've just hit on why I hate Dracaena ID. They change so often that I can't keep 'em straight.

Lorax - You win again! The Spider Plant is a great alternative for plant munching cats. It even works for cats that don't like
nepeta aka cat nip or cat mint. I have 4 cats and 2 of them chew on it all the time. Consequently it looks awful, but the cats are
    happy. :)) barb
