I realise that it is probably very difficult to identify this fig without more specifics but input will be useful when looking for recipes to deal with this year's glut! Ripe figs are a golden green and the interior is a creamy colour and they are about 2 1/2ins. in length. Any recipes? Thanks. Margaret
