    hi guys,

could some one explain to me, how to use IAA (Indole Acetid Acid: Gibelerine, Auxin, dan Cytocynin) & what it use for...?

do we need to use any plant hormones, during seed preparation or germination ?

    thank you for your help...

sorry if my question make you angry...

but i don't know where to start, because i have poor understanding in English.

i knew the short term of IAA also from google, but they only gave info about their product & about what is IAA...

but i can't find the information about IAA being used for germination or seed preparation (cleaning)

once again sorry if i make you angry

As an aroid researcher, I have never found the need to use IAA in aroid seed germination, although I have heard of the use of GA3 (gibberellic acid) in germination of certain other seeds (not aroids). Cytokinins are generally used in tissue culture, not in everyday plant culture, although I have used them myself in certain experimental procedures not likely to be performed by growers.

    Here's a link for GA3 information:

sorry but such a funny behaviour.

If google going to be the ref for all other questions better to close down the forum.

I don't understand why trikus had to make such a reaction?

    sorry for my stupid question....

if IAA or plant hormones is easy to find the information by googling, why no one could give an explaination beside LariAnn... ???

i'm thankful with LariAnn answer, even though the information only explain about gibelerine acid, but it really help me out in the research project.

i keep asking question, in the forum, because i'm doing some research in the seeds germination for anthurium. a lot of people having different opinion during seeds preparation & germination. during my research, some people said about using B1 & plant hormones, to stimulate the seeds germination, that's why i'm curious & ask in this forum ( the truth, i have search using google, but i can' find what i'm looking for, that's why i ask in the forum)
