I am in Northern Califonia and we found this under a plastic delineator growing in a crack int he concrete. I would like to get an identification on this little fugi. We have a lot of dogs around and I want to know if it is something I should be worried about.

Thank you very much for any help.

Thank you Daniel, I'm really hoping someone can give me an actual ID on the thing. I looked at the sites you posted.

I live in Vallejo and my slime mold fuligo septica(dog vomit) showed up in a crack like yours in full sun! It looks like yours but has orange ooze that seeped out. Did it spread much?? If so to what areas? mine seems to be thriving on water & sun
