I found this in with a succulent that I bought. For a few months, I was tring to get rid by pulling off the leaves of it because I thought it was a weed. Then I dug underneath and found that it had a root base. The leaves look like clover but are sparkly. I took it out and replanted it. What is it?

As a guess, Oxalis tuberosa? Probably not because of the fleshy leaves on your plant, but O. tuberosa root grown for food in South America. Harry
