I thought it was an elephant ear- ------

I need some help please :)

I thought this was an elephant ear, but after looking for some info on where to plant it in,
I have discouvered that it is not!! Any help with a name would be very appreciated!

it is Bergenia cordifolia often called elephants ear, not to be confused with Alocasia also called elephants ear.
