Can someone please identify this plant? New stems with own roots grow from existing stems and then fall off.

What is the best way to promote flowers for next year?

This did not flower as nice this year.

    Thanks

I don't do much with orchids any longer but my guess would be Dendrobium speciosum.

    It's a Dendrobium, maybe a white D. kingianum?

It's more likely that it is D.Kingianum. Very healthy plant!
    It may look like this
