The leaves are turing brown and there is this white dandruffy stuff that has attatched itself to the leaves and the branches. Can anyone please help me with saving my tree?
    Thanks

Is there anything that I can do to save my tree from dying? Is there anything that I may have in my house that I could use.
This tree is an indoor tree for the most part. We only have maybe 1 month out of the year that it can actually be outside. Temperatures are too cool for the tree.

Thanks so much for that link. I am going to try the oil right smartly. It's all that I have in the house right now. I don't want to loose the plant, it gives me so much joy when it starts to flower.

OK, now I have an oily hibiscus tree in the house. I guess that I will have to wait to see if the oil even makes a difference. Now my issue will be how to get the oil off if it actually worked to save the tree. Hopefully the weather will be nice enough soon so I can put the tree outside to get rained on.
