Hi, I germinated a pepper plant in September 2022, and have had it since them. I believe it should be bigger, but it is not. Since over a month ago, I have been noticing something odd spreading on the underside of the leaves, and I first thought it must be part of the leaf and kind of ignored it. I have been noticing now that the plant has stopped making any more flowers or growing. I have no idea what this is called and whether it is a fungus in the soil or some insect. It looks more like a fungus to me, but I really have no idea, it is the first time I bring a pepper plant into existence. Apart from that, I am not sure if the stem should be fully green or if it looks like it's also spreading on the stem, which I believe it is. Hope anyone could tell me what this is and how to treat it so the plant can recover, grow bigger and flower again. I have removed the most damaged leaves Thanks!!
