Help! I live in Southern California and have potted a White Oleander outdoors. After successfully battling some aphids my WO seems to be dying and I'm not sure what the deal is...perhaps it's too cold (55 F lately) or too much water...or perhaps these little brown dots are some sort of infestation? I'm new to the forum but have learned a ton reading from the outside...any help will be greatfully appreciated! Tobias
