i need to have my flowering tree identified

    I have this beautiful flowering tree it stands about 5 feet and produces piink flowers later in the summer. i nedd to know what it is to see if i could transplantit to a new spot.

    Donna - you're doing pretty good so far. Without an image, things are a bit more difficult to help ID it, but perhaps not impossible. Could you describe the flowers a little better? (# of petals, shape of the flower, how many flowers in a single bunch)

    and if you can.. leaf and bud arrangment (opposite, alternate), leaf shape and size, color, bark characteristics, fruit ? anything else of note?
