It's a begonia, but I'm not sure on the name.

Ah! Thank you! My google fu is showing it as Begonia Lana.

Any tricks to getting these to flower? I have 4 pots all growing like mad but have never seen a flower on any of them. Then again my Jades and Aloes have never flowered either. *sigh*

You have a really nice looking begonia there!

Well, out of five begonia's, I have so far only managed to get two of them to flower, although one of them is probably too small yet. They all get a snug pot, good bright indirect light, with a little bit of sun & dapple too. Snug pot, semi moist soil and some fertilizer (high middle number) in the spring and summer:>)

Thanks!! That's not even my largest one. :) The mother plant that was given to me originally is easily 5 feet tall now. I have them in north, south and west windows and they all seem to be flourishing. They do like moist soil and are remarkably easy to propagate. Good thing too with the canes being as fragile as they are!!

Thanks again - never figured them for begonias since I had never seen one flower. Ill have to get some fetilizer and hope for the best when spring rolls around.
