Hello, can anyone help me? I've just discovered small brown (quite well camoflaged) leach type things on the bark of my Acer Palmattum 'Dissectum Atropurpureum'. Are these likely to damage the plant and if so what is the recommended treatment or should i leave it be? Otherwise it is doing great, beautiful foliage. I have it in a large pot.
