I have never seen a seed sprout like this. What is it?

    There is a really interesting sproutling in a flower pot outside my house. Can anyone identify this plant?

    I planted a mango seed in the pot about a full year ago to see if it would grow, but it never did anything. The soil was never even changed out. Maybe it is the mango seed? I have no idea.

    Yes, a pine seedling.

    Your Mango seed is long since dead, if it was going sprout to it would have done so long ago.
