I don't know what it is, but it's pretty

I bought this plant a few weeks ago at a little flower shop that I pass on the way to the grocery store. There was a little table full of flowers out front, and this particular plant just called to me. I had to have her, but I have no idea what she is.

I love plants, but I have a bad track record for keeping them alive. My mom was the one who took care of plants at our house, but now I live on my own and I'd really like to not kill this one ;)

She already has a few problems, and maybe somebody could help me out? Her soil has gotten a little moldy since I've had her, and a few of her leaves to be... wilting? Deteriorating? I think you can see it in the picture I took. It sort of reminds me of the way leaves look after the caterpillars have gotten at them.

In short: I need to know what she is, and I need to know how to take care of her. I'm really at a loss here, and I'd be very grateful to anyone who can give me a little help.

Looks like Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, Flaming Katy.

Oh! Thank you. (According to a quick google image search) I think you're right! Just having the name helps a lot, actually (google search is my friend). She apparently doesn't need as much water as I've been giving her... which may account for the mold..
