I D Needed please of Macrazamia(believed)

I recently saw this in Australia New South Wales where they were growing wild,everyone I asked about this merely said"it,s a cycad"Can anyone please help.There is no trunk although the leaves are quite long and numerous ,there are cones at the base of the plant and the colour is pale green.The leaves get smaller towards the base
