Growing indoors or outdoors?

 

This is growing inside. It is located at the Phipps Conservatory (http://phipps.conservatory.org/)

 

Angel wing begonias flowers look like that. It might be that or some other kind of Begonia. A photo of more of the plant would help with ID.

Yep, some kind of begonia. There are about 1300 wild species, in addition to the garden forms.
