Hydrangea paniculata Brussel's Lace Hardy for Edmonton?

    Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas USDA Zone 7B/8A
    I have read in some places online that this cultivar is winter hardy to USDA Zone 4 and in other places to Zone 3. Can anyone comment how does it do in the Edmonton, Alberta area (USDA Zone 3b)? Thanks in advance, Luis
